Problem with printing to our Ricoh printers

We received two reports of intermittent problem when print to our Ricoh printers. In both case, user use Mac laptop. PaperCut client App were added into “Login Items” under “Users & Groups” in System Preferences which is not reliable especially when users move from one wireless network to another. We strongly suggest all Mac users use “Launchd” method to start PaperCut Client App, rather than just add it into the “Login Items”.
