Slow UBC Network

Due to increased network demand, users  might experienced slow network speed this week (September 5-8). Vancouver campus core routers will undergo upgrades on Thursday, September 7, 2017 between 07:00 and 08:00 PT to meet increased network demand. No service disruptions are anticipated.

Problem with printing to our Ricoh printers

We received two reports of intermittent problem when print to our Ricoh printers. In both case, user use Mac laptop.
