Intermittent card reader problem with the Ricoh printer in WesBrook 220A

There has been an intermittent problem with the Card reader with the Ricoh MP C6004 multi-functional printer in WesBrook 220A.  Sometime the card reader cannot read out the correct UBC Card number, and ask you to associate the card again, even though you have done this before. As suggested by the manufacturer, we did a firmware upgrade with this card reader this afternoon. Hopefully this will fixed the problem.
